At Noblixa, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience from the moment your order is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery takes 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping times are calculated separately from processing times. This means the total estimated delivery window is based on 1 to 3 business days for processing, followed by 5 to 7 business days for shipping. Shopify recommends making this distinction clear so customers understand when an order is being prepared versus when it is in transit.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays

While we do our best to ship on time, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.

If a delay affects your order, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
