Products
The products offered for sale on Noblixa are presented with descriptions and images intended to reflect their main characteristics as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in presentation, packaging, or appearance may occur.
Product availability is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated on the store and are payable at the time of order confirmation.
Where applicable, prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the customer’s location and the store configuration. If price reductions are displayed to customers in the European Economic Area, Shopify’s France guidance notes that EEA merchants must comply with the European Pricing Indication Directive, including showing the lowest price charged in the prior 30 days when announcing a reduction.
Noblixa reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Order Process
An order is considered submitted once the customer completes the checkout process and payment is successfully authorized.
Noblixa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, pricing error, product unavailability, or any other legitimate issue affecting the transaction.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods made available on the website.
By completing an order, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once processed, estimated delivery takes 5 to 7 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external circumstances such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
Right to Report Issues
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, the customer must contact Noblixa within 7 days of delivery.
Requests should be sent to support@noblixa.shop with the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos when applicable.
Returns and Refunds
Return and refund conditions are governed by the Noblixa Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Sale.
If a return or refund request is approved, the resolution may include a replacement, a refund to the original payment method, or store credit where applicable.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information at the time of purchase.
Noblixa cannot be held responsible for delivery failure, delay, or loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Noblixa shall not be held liable for indirect losses, incidental damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, technical interruptions, or force majeure events.
Governing Rules
These Terms of Sale are intended to reflect the rules applicable to the sale of goods through the Noblixa online store. Depending on the location of the customer, additional mandatory consumer rights may apply.
